The 2026 Viceroy RT kit builds on the success of the original Ruler kit that has won many races including 13.5 RTT at the 2024 Putnam Memorial at PRW and 13.5 RTT at the 2024 Tour Nationals at APEX Raceway and Hobbies and TQ of Tour Nats at Coastal RC in 2025.
Viceroy RT Update list:
- Weight positions updated for Impact weights
- Mount location for V2 body wing support added
- ESC and Battery weight pockets optimized for Impact Plates
- Weight Removal holes added to pockets so plates can be double side taped in and removed without damaging the carbon
- Battery moved inboard to keep outside edge uniform stiffness at weight location holes
- Shock Tower standoffs all now inline (to allow use of optional thickness shock tower carbon)
- Wheelbase adjusted for more rotation
- Front End mounting adjusted for more rotation and turn-in
- Optional O-ring retaining battery locators designed around this chassis (not included)
All these changes combined have given us a chassis with very good response to setup adjustments, with better turn in and corner speed
There are also precision cut brass and stainless steel weight options available for this chassis. No weights are included with the base kit.
